-In many of Julia Galloway's pieces she uses a neutral tone and then has a pop of color
-Julia Galloway enjoys creating things and seeing them slowly take shape over time
-She uses porcelain clay to make her pieces
-Julia has exhibited her work in Asia, Canada, and the US

Why I Choose the Artist:
I chose to use Julia Galloway as my inspiration for my art project because I like how all of her pieces are functional, I also like that she uses porcelain clay because this gave me the opportunity to use a new kind of clay. I also was able to use the wheel in this project which allowed me to try a new way of creating pieces. Also in Julia Galloway's art she has pops of color. I encorporated this into my work by making it simple and assing pops of purple into it.
